Tell a simple visual story
Lead with the strongest real experience your property offers. Follow a wide view with closer images that explain how the space works: seating, dining, access and the setting around the amenity. A guest should understand the space, not just admire a detail.
Prepare the scene
Clean the area, straighten furniture and remove maintenance clutter. Photograph when the light suits the scene, including an evening view if outdoor lighting is part of the experience. Keep color and perspective believable. Do not edit away obstacles, neighboring buildings or other material features that affect a stay.
Keep inspiration separate from reality
Use concept renderings while planning an upgrade, clearly identified as concepts. Replace them with photographs of the completed, available amenity before presenting it as part of a bookable stay. Check captions and amenity selections whenever equipment or access changes.
